01Focus to select
Input triggerClick or tab into the field to open the picker.
Select an hour and a minute in either order. The picker closes when both are selected.

Reopen the picker to see the previous selection. Click outside it to dismiss it.

Open and close on demand. Drag the picker by its header to move it around.
